Healthy reminder

HealthyNowadays not all teenagers understand that everything they eat, drink and do during the day has a significant impact on their body and organism.
One of the key components of sticking to the training regime and keeping the diet is, undoubtedly, self-control. It`s a big challenge to change and keep the diet, eliminating harmful products, making yourself to exercise when you`re tired or to say no to one more small piece of cake. Breakdowns are natural for any human being, taking the control back after them is far more meaningful.

Some teens regularly skip PE classes. What is going to be with the person, who leads/has a sedentary lifestyle? Firstly, stagnation of bile in stomach, accumulation of salts and fat. Secondly, hidden puffiness, rapid fatigue and constant drowsiness. He is going to gain weight quickly, more and more every month. Each person has individual consequences, but certainly, they are not pleasant.

How to make exercising more suitable for yourself? In that case, creating your own training system is a rational solution: exercising at 6 a.m./p.m, with/without music, with/without friends, at home, watching YouTube videos/having a personal coach in a gym (or maybe both).

Doing sport or attending classes, which people do not enjoy themselves, would be a waste of time. It`s often said that ‘Eating food which contains carbohydrates is harmful’. Why healthy diet should only consist of fruits, vegetables and cereal? No matter how corny it must sound, sweets and candies increase level of endorphins — ‘happiness hormones’. Also they are considered to be a source of glucose, which is a brain nutrient. I believe, if they are eaten in moderation, they won`t cause serious problems. It`s important to know when to stop.

Thus, adding them in a healthy diet should not be judged. (is it so obvious that I am a sweet tooth?)
For a stable functioning of the body, it`s advisable to have breakfast, lunch and dinner daily at the same time, to drink 1 liter of water (not any liquid, only water), to eat 1 fruit and 1 vegetable every day.

Keeping yourself fit and healthy is a tremendous willpower and a huge investment in your future self. Healthy body – healthy mind.
P.S. I wrote this reminder based on my experience, it`s not a professionally prescribed diet or individual recommendations.

Please, don’t forget about it!
